MaSande Placements and MaSande Personnel group of companies are 100% black female youth owned. MaSande Placements has been in operation since June 2004 providing recruitment and placement services to government and corporate bodies across various economic sectors in the Western Cape. As part of our growth and development plan, MaSande Personnel was formed in 2006 as a strategic business unit focusing mainly in Job creation projects.The business model for MaSande is driven by an objective to offer services in Job Search and Job Creation supported by economic development and community empowerment strategies.
